Here, we outline essential guidelines designed to ensure a seamless, enjoyable stay for our guests and a rewarding hosting experience for us. 

By following these policies, we create a harmonious environment that promotes comfort, mutual respect, and understanding. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with these terms to guarantee a pleasant and stress-free holiday experience for everyone.

Children   

Children aged 12 and over who can swim are welcome. Parents are fully responsible for supervising their children and ensuring their safety throughout the stay.

Pets    

Pets are not permitted. Note: Stray cats may occasionally appear outside the residence. Please consider this if you have allergies.

Smoking      

Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Guests are welcome to smoke in outdoor areas.

Swimming Pool    

The pool is exclusively for guests who can swim. Do not use the pool if you have health concerns or cannot swim. Pool use is strictly limited to registered guests during their stay. Guests of guests and their children are not permitted to use the pool. The pool is unavailable during scheduled maintenance or between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM on chlorination days (1–2 days per week). The pool is not supervised by a lifeguard; its use is at the guest's own risk.

Parties          

Parties are not permitted.

Quiet Hours  

Quiet hours are from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Parking         

Parking is free and limited to one car at the villa. Additional vehicles can be parked on the street.

Check-In       

After 1:00 PM. Advance notice is required for arrivals after this time and up to 12:00 midnight.

Check-Out    

By 10:00 AM to allow adequate preparation time for the next guests.

Security        

The outdoor area is monitored by security cameras positioned around the property. Tampering with or disconnecting the cameras is not permitted.

Damages or Broken Items      

In case of any damages or broken items, ensure your safety first, then report the issue promptly. Normal wear and tear will not result in charges. However, damages caused by misuse may incur restoration fees.  

Furniture and Equipment      

Furniture and equipment must not be moved into the garden. If relocated, please return them to their original positions promptly to avoid damage from automatic watering or rain.

Air Conditioning    

Avoid operating air conditioning while windows or doors are open or when leaving the house. Misuse may incur additional charges.
